To Crawl or Not to Crawl

Well; Jude, apparently, has decided the latter...no crawling. Scooting has become his method of transportation lately. He can get where he needs to and in pretty good time, I might add. Check out the clip I got this morning. He was after the basketball (or the camera, I'm not sure which?) (Sorry it's sideways; couldn't rotate it!)

Bed Bath & BBBBaby?

That's right; tonight, Jude and I spent our night with our good friend Paula (I think she's actually closer to Jude) shopping in Bed Bath and Beyond for shower and wedding gifts...Well, actually, I did the shopping and she did the "playing". Jude and she are pretty tight. They go way back, to June, you know. Oh yes, Paula was one of the first few who laid hands on baby Jude and ever since they've had a thing for each other. Tonight, Daddy was re-living his high school/college days; playing in a basketball league. Jude and I needed to get out, so we met Paula at Maid Rite and then made our way to shop!

My Big Boy

How do babies get to be this big? I asked myself this question today when a co-worker brought her precious little 6 week old boy into work to allow all of us to "oooooh and ahhh" over. What a little pumpkin he was. Not that Jude isn't, but look at this pictures; he's practically a man! Not really, I know...but they just change so fast. Today when I got home from work, instead of running around trying to get a million things done, I decided to just focus on my Big Boy, because, before I know it, he'll be going to school or off to college or something crazy like that! So, my advice, treasure every moment with them....you can't go back in time!

Easter Sunday

Easter Sunday was a neat time for us this year! We were able to enjoy time with both sets of Grandparents; a great service at church and wonderful wonderful food! Jude had a nice time too! We stopped by Starbucks on our way to church and he had the best time climbing all over this chair! I was so excited for him to wear this little plaid jacket, but I don't think the poor guy was too crazy about it. Oh well! Hope everyone else had a good day and were able to celebrate what the Lord has done for each of us.

Sleepy Jude

Precious baby boy...I know, he's mine...but who else could fall asleep sitting up; head slumped over; noise from the tv; basketball bouncing; people talking....and he just passes out, no one but a baby. My good friend Joy got this shot on Saturday night and I couldn't resist posting it.

Fun With Charlie

Not the best spring day out, but good enough to get a little "Charlie-time" in. Our sweetest little Nia just loves Charlie. Animal lover from the bottom of her heart. Well today everybody got a little Charlie time. Charlie reciprocates his love for Nia, because she plays with him and gives him numerous treats when she stops by. Jude, on the other hand, he's not so sure about yet. Jude just doesn't know how to get to on Charlie's good side. All he knows is that Charlie is really cool to watch and he's got great fur to pull out! One of these days they will be best of buds, it's just not here yet. Caiden and Jude both anxiously await the day when they will be able to run around the yard with the big doggie.

First One!

So, I kind of got conned into doing this, by my friend Renee who thinks I have all this time on my hands to create some blog thing and type and put pictures on and whatnot, well I really have no idea what I'm doing.
